Every plan states its users, sites and storage, and the build-your-own plan prices the same features per user — no "contact us for pricing" on anything you can actually buy. Billing is in INR and needs an Indian GST state on the invoice; the Global column converts for comparison, so talk to us if you are outside India.
Nothing renews automatically. We email you a week before each period ends and you renew with a fresh payment.

Essentials starts at $12/mo for the whole product on one site, so you can run a real audit before deciding whether you need Growth or Scale. Cancel anytime; your workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted, and you can export everything at any point.

An afternoon for a single site. Create your workspace, pick templates matching your industry, invite your team, and run your first audit the same day. There is no mandatory onboarding call and no implementation fee.
Your workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted. An org admin can download the workspace archive at any time, including after a downgrade — a ZIP of CSV records for your audits, findings, action items and the rest. Evidence files and PDF reports are not inside it; you download those individually from the audit or document they belong to. Full deletion happens only when you explicitly request it.
Each plan includes a number of users — 15 on Starter, 50 on Growth, 150 on Scale. If your team does not fit a plan, build your own: pick Starter, Growth or Scale features and pay per user (from ₹399 to ₹549 a user a month; at least 5, 20 and 50 users respectively), with sites, storage and AI credits scaling with the team. Changing the number of users later is prorated when it goes up and takes effect at renewal when it goes down.
Yes. Starter covers up to 3 sites and Growth up to 25; cross-site comparison and failure heatmaps start on Growth, and Scale has no site limit. Multi-org rollups are available for groups managing separate legal entities.
