Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before using AuditFlow. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AuditFlow.

1. About Us

AuditFlow is a product of MNB Research (operating as Abrobot Technologies), an Indian technology company. References to "AuditFlow", "we", "us", or "our" refer to MNB Research. You may contact us at contact@mnbresearch.com or +91 97114 88480.

3. Pricing & Plans

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown broken out on your tax invoice. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments, a regulated Indian payment gateway.

Enterprise pricing is negotiated on a per-case basis. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss custom requirements. Prices may be revised with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information at signup.
• Accounts are activated immediately at signup — there is no manual approval step. We reserve the right to reject or deactivate any account at our discretion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your organisation.
• One organisation per entity. Multiple accounts for the same legal entity are not permitted without prior written approval.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AuditFlow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian or international laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label AuditFlow without express written permission.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the platform.

6. Data & Privacy

• Your organisation's compliance data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure with row-level security enforced.
• We do not sell your data to third parties. AI features process your prompts via Zen AI, Google Gemini and Anthropic — please review their respective privacy policies.
• You retain ownership of all data you upload to AuditFlow. We process it solely to provide the service.
• Closing your account does not automatically erase it — deletion is a request, not a timer. On a verified written request to contact@mnbresearch.com we delete or anonymise your organisation's data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Export before you ask; deletion is not reversible.
• We comply with India's Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

7. Intellectual Property

AuditFlow, its brand, source code, AI models, audit templates, and all platform content are the intellectual property of MNB Research. No licence to reproduce or distribute these is granted except as needed to use the service. You grant MNB Research a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your uploaded content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

AuditFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• AI-generated outputs (audit summaries, policy drafts, risk scores) are assistive tools and do not constitute professional legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, though we target 99.9% uptime on Growth and above.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing renews automatically: we hold no standing payment mandate, so a subscription that is not renewed simply ends.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
• On termination, your access is revoked immediately. Data export must be requested before or within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first at contact@mnbresearch.com to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered account owner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of AuditFlow after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
