Refunds & Cancellations

1. No Free Trial

• AuditFlow does not offer a free trial. Every new account requires a paid plan — your workspace is created first, then you choose and subscribe to a plan at checkout. The lowest tier, Essentials, starts at ₹999/month; see Section 2 for the full price list.
• If you have not yet subscribed, or your subscription lapses, your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted — every audit, photo and template stays where it is, and export keeps working whether or not you are subscribed.

2. Subscription Billing

AuditFlow subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Indian Rupees (INR). Current plan pricing:

• Payments are processed via Cashfree Payments. Your card details are never stored by AuditFlow — they are handled entirely by Cashfree's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.
• We do not hold a standing mandate on your card or UPI. Nothing is charged automatically — we email you seven days before a period ends and you renew with a fresh payment. You cannot be debited without acting.
• You will receive an invoice by email for every payment.
• Listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown broken out on your tax invoice, so registered businesses can claim input tax credit. Add your GSTIN under Settings → Billing before paying.

4. How to Cancel

1. Log into AuditFlow and go to Settings → Billing.
2. Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm. You can resume any time before the period ends.
3. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. After the period ends your workspace becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted, and remains exportable indefinitely unless you ask us to erase it.

If you have trouble cancelling, email contact@mnbresearch.com and we will process it manually within 1 business day.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via any of the channels below and provide:

• Your registered email address
• Organisation name
• Date of the charge and amount
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Cashfree.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at contact@mnbresearch.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We are always willing to resolve billing issues fairly and promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. The current policy is always available at /refund on this site.
